SMS / Text Messaging Terms

When you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our contact or waitlist form, you consent to receive text messages from Flying Changes Riding School related to lesson reminders, scheduling, and your account. The terms below govern that messaging program.

Program description. Flying Changes Riding School sends SMS lesson reminders, scheduling messages, and account-related messages to riders, parents, and waitlist members who have opted in.

Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and scheduling needs.

How to opt out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may opt back in at any time by texting us again or re-submitting our form.

Your mobile information is never sold or shared. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to operate our own messaging program.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

  • SMS: reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help, at any time.
  • Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
  • Access & deletion: you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

Our services are arranged by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's involvement. Information about young riders is provided by the parent or guardian who contacts us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
